what is the point in doing anything? everything you will ever do will amount to nothing because you just die anyway. The big, romantic gestures that you think will make a difference to him end as tragically as they began. You work and work and work at school for decades just to come out the other end into a world where the economys so fucked that no ones being hired so you get depressed that you’re 23 and living with your parents and the whole vicious fucking circle comes around again. You’re fiends are all getting on with their own lives, but they’re having the same probelms as you but no one talks about it because we don’t want to upset each other, we don’t want them to think its their fault we’re so down, so we pretend. And this pretence makes you worse; you have difficulty deciphering what is reality any more. Whats the point in doing anything? We just die anyway.
